10$ Consultation fee will be requested after initial inquiry which will include a mockup within 48 hours. This fee will be applied towards deposit.
The deposit : 30% of the total is due at time of booking.

Important things to know:
The total charges for the services provided include the cost of balloons, backdrop rentals, delivery, setup, and labor. Delivery is free up to 10 miles from our location. For distances beyond 10 miles, the Client will be charged $1.25 per mile.
It is highly recommended that all outdoor setups be placed in a shaded or covered area due to the potential for balloon popping caused by extreme temperatures. Outdoor setups will incur an additional charge for extra materials required to ensure the stability of the backdrop and balloons due to wind and weather.
J+J Party and Play will not be held liable for any damage to balloons after setup due to heat, movement of the backdrop, weather conditions, or interaction by guests or children.
Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy:**
- The Client has up to 72 hours before the event date to reschedule. The deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to the new event date.
- If the Client cancels the event, the deposit will not be refunded. Any additional payments made will be subject to the cancellation policy outlined at the time of booking.
